The Career Compass Collective has been everything! Sitting (GoogleMeeting) in a room with brilliant [people] from different worlds, yet cheering each other on like we’ve known each other forever — it’s magic!!

Finding a little squad that shows up, roots for each other, and reminds me I’m not on my own has been such a welcome shift.
Because it is a community and safe space, it has also been a sounding board of ideas even if the ideas are not fully mapped out.
A place where we are encouraged to be creative and talk about other interests beyond mainstream jobs/job search and this is something that is ultimately empowering in ways that may help us push through mental barriers that often leave us immobilized.
Being part of this group reminds us daily that success doesn’t have to fit a traditional mold. We’re redefining what it means to thrive — on our own terms.
We share our challenges honestly, celebrate each other’s wins, and exchange advice that helps us grow. It’s also been a safe space to share whatever we’re struggling with[...] even more impactful when we’re all dealing with something that can be very isolating.
