Each week combines several elements designed to help you reflect, gain insight, and take action: • Live facilitated group sessions where we explore core themes together • Small group discussions where you can share ideas and learn from other participants • Guided exercises and reflection prompts to work through between sessions The curriculum is grounded in evidence-based frameworks that draw from neuroscience and career development theories to help you uncover patterns, and possibilities

Your experience with the Collective doesn't end when we sign off of our last Zoom. You’ll still have access to resources and support designed to help you carry your insights forward: • Access to a curated peer circle so you can continue building genuine connections and expanding your professional network with others who share similar goals • Access to a private community space for continued support, insight-sharing, and connection with fellow participants • A complimentary 1:1 career coaching session (valued at $300) to help you apply what you discovered in the program to your next steps • Live office hours (valued at $300) where you can ask questions, get guidance, or work through challenges • Exclusive reflection workbook with guided exercises and tools designed to help you gain deeper clarity on your next chapter • The option to continue your journey with additional 1:1 coaching sessions at a discounted alumni rate These resources are designed to help you maintain momentum and continue reflecting, connecting, and growing long after the cohort experience ends

The Collective is intentionally kept small to maintain a high-touch and connected experience. While each cohort size varies, we never exceed 10 participants to ensure everyone has space to participate while benefiting from a diversity of perspectives
